Project: Lockly Access App
A light-weight remote-access-enabling new app led by my design in the style of Neumorphism from initial concept to the final release, to make remote access control even easier for Lockly customers.

App Features:
Perfect for both hosts and guests, this user-friendly feature ensures that entering your space is as simple as a scan, a quick input of a 4-digit Offline Access Code (OAC), and voila – you're in.
For Hosts:
Elevate your guests' experience by issuing a one-time OAC directly through the Lockly app. Share it effortlessly with your visitors. Additionally, you can generate a Virtual Keypad QR code from your Lockly app and place it conveniently at your entryway. This not only enhances your property's accessibility but also amplifies security.
For Guests:
Upon arrival, simply scan the Virtual Keypad's QR code and enter the provided 4-digit OAC to unlock the door. For an enriched experience, download the Lockly app to unlocking a suite of advanced features such as eKeys/eBadges, mobile unlocking, and much more.

From a design perspective, the Lockly Access project successfully delivered a modern and user-centered solution that aligns with the company’s goal of streamlining smart lock management for both individual users and enterprise clients.
The final design achieved the following outcomes:
-
Improved Usability: By introducing clear navigation patterns, intuitive task flows, and consistent visual hierarchy, the interface significantly reduced cognitive load, enabling users to manage access permissions quickly and confidently.
-
Enhanced Visual Clarity: The clean, modern aesthetic and refined iconography contributed to a polished brand presence while improving scannability and comprehension across devices.
-
Scalability and Flexibility: The modular design system supports future feature expansion, ensuring the platform can grow to accommodate evolving user needs and business objectives.

Overall, the project demonstrates how thoughtful design decisions can elevate the customer experience while strengthening product-market fit. Moving forward, further usability testing and analytics tracking are recommended to validate long-term engagement and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
